I loved this book from the first page, it was interesting and had all the elements that I love in a crime novel. It was twisty and I really had no idea who was the criminal until the end. There was another side to this story involving the female police officer which surprised me but it actually worked very well. Although this was in the middle of a series it worked well as a stand alone novel as the characters were easy to read and I forgot that I hadn’t read the others.
I will looking out for the others in this series in time as it was a great book to read. My thanks to Readers First and the publishers for sending me this free ebook even though it wasn’t a hard copy as first thought. It didn’t spoil my enjoyment.
