This is a crime thriller that takes part in a small town, it opens straight into a murder which instantly gets your attentions.
I was hooked within the first couple of pages, the books leads you down a path where you think you know what is going to happen but there are surprises along the way.
I did feel like there was a big build up to the end, however I was left feeling a little deflated when I actually got there.
I felt that it needed more detail about the ending and there were some loose ends that needed to be tied up.
On the whole though I enjoyed this book, it was an easy read. The characters are very likeable, although some of them lacked some background information about them. The story moves along at a good pace and leaves you wanting more as you finish a chapter. The plot is a good one, with some twists and turns in it and it is easy to follow.
