My partner brought me this book as a pick me up. Probably in all honesty not one I would have chose myself.
From the first page i was hooked!
The characters and back stories all come together clearly and over time leaving the reader with plenty of suspense.
The characters also weren't over worked so they had their mystique about them to uncover but weren't so written that they couldn't be believable.
The settings were described so you had a vivid image in your mind and personally I had my own little film version playing in my mind as i read this.
Finished this in a day and a half and raved about it to others i work with and my mum. There's a que now to borrow my book...
