This is one of those books where you need to be careful where and when you start reading. Perfect for a Bank Holiday Sunday.

The story has numerous twists and turns and it pays dividends to read carefully...the lines are well written with just enough ambiguity to start questions in the readers’ minds...trying to solve the mystery alongside Dan Grant.

I enjoyed the love hate relationship between defence and prosecution but in the end coming together to ensure justice prevailed.

Dan Grant and Jayne Bridges are two really well developed characters...who will get together at some point when their demons allow...or will they?

Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a good crime thriller.
