This is a beautiful book, the cover is really pretty and you immediately know you're in for something a little bit magical. The subject of the book isn't realistic but you don't expect it to be. This story has twists and turns but is overall quite predictable. It is overall based around the people that Sabrina (the main character) has unresolved business with, for whatever reason and finding closure and resolution for herself. I'm not sure why you would decide your thirtieth birthday would be the time to put yourself through such an emotional ordeal but there we are.
It's not a fantastic read and unlikely to end up as one of your all time favourites but it is worth reading! I would say for fans of Jill Mansell, Marian Keyes and that style of writer.
