So this is a very promising start to the book. I kept thinking that how can I book work with having some people from the past come to your imaginary dinner. But it turns out that they author very cleverly uses the dinner to get our main character to face some events from her past that had a great impact in her life. I am dying to see where Sabrina and Tobias go from here and how their love story unfolded, but also see where Sabrina's relationship with her dad especially will go (despite the fact that her dad's dead and gone). This is a very interesting dinner list and it feels like a feel good read that I would end up falling in love with. I would definitely give this one a go if you like some good contemporary romance and family issues being examined.
