Not great
How often have you asked or been asked who you would invite to a dinner party, anyone at all but do you ever think how those people would get on together or even would you be able to keep a conversation going past the things that you know about them?
This is what happened on Sabrina’s 30th birthday, her friend had somehow got the people there for a dinner party, Sabrina had chosen Audrey Hepburn, Conrad - her old professor from USC, Robert - her estranged father, Tobias - her ex-fiance, and Jessica - her best friend.
This is a story that sounds so good on the face of it and so many directions it could go but afraid that I ended up rather bored by it, even the cover hasn’t got that feel that makes you want to jump in and get lost in it.
