I have just finished reading this book and although it isn't my usual sort of read, I am so glad I read it. It is about a girl named Sabrina and her friend Jessica. When the girls were still in college Jessica encouraged Sabrina to write a 'who would you invite to dinner, living or not' list. Sabrina forgot about the list as her and Jessica's lives moved forward, until on Sabrina's 30th birthday Jessica organises a birthday dinner for her in their favourite restaurant, when Sabrina gets there, she is very surprised to see her estranged Father who has been dead a number of years, her college professor, her friend Jessica, her ex boyfriend Tobias and Audrey Hepburn. The book then goes through various stages of Sabrina's past to bring together the reason which all these people are sitting round a table with Sabrina now.
A very good read, it would be a great holiday read or a curl up in front of the fire read!
