This book was so moving. Coming from a 10 year old girl who considers her blindness as the “darkness” makes the book way more emotional. It really makes you value what you have. The book is well-written as it shows how Mafalda thinks about her blindness and how the thought of it changes throughout the book. The book was very easy to follow because of the writing style. I would recommend this book to young adults.
