After reading the blurb I thought hmmm this COULD actually be quite dark! A teenager getting involved with an older man - to help his act - is this going to be too dark to enjoy? I will have to read it to find out.
I have never read anything set in a 'side show' or circus setting and the blurb has sparked (see what I did there!?!) my interest most definitely!
