The setting of a circus always intrigues me. I loved visiting them as a child and, even now, as an adult. The Night Circus is one of my favourite books and I also enjoyed Caraval more recently. The beginning of The Electrical Venus instantly drew me in and there was something truly unique about the writing style. I’m itching to read more!
