Sadly, this book wasn't for me. Which is a shame because it has such a striking cover and sounded really good.
I felt like this book didn't go anywhere for me, like I felt it lacked in depth and didn't quite know what the author's intentions were with this book.
I felt like the characters were somewhat flat and unrelateable. I like book characters personalities to be felt throughout my reading journey and I certainly prefer some characters to be relatable, but also I do love a love hate relationship with them and that isn't what I got.
I think in all honesty, this book could have been so much better, the plot/storyline could have been stronger. I know this book is aimed more for the younger adult but it just didn't work for me.
