I've actually already been lucky enough to read a complete copy of The Familiars and absolutely loved it. It was an atmospheric historical fiction story based on real events and featuring real people. I loved the character of Fleetwood Shuttleworth and became quickly engaged by her journey. The cover is absolutely stunning and relates to the story perfectly.
