I am a huge fan of historical fiction and I am not surprised that I am a huge fan of this book. Not only is the front cover eye catching and intriguing - so is the narrative.
From just the first two chapters I can tell that this book is going to captive, enthrall and ultimately be a page turner. Set during the time of the ‘witch trials’ this book looks to share the journey of two women who ultimately risk everything to save everything!
The writing flows beautifully and the descriptions draw you into the narrative as they should. From the onset there is a sense that this book is going to be one that you could devour in a matter of days! A sign of a great book!
