My first impression of this is good. I enjoyed the First Look - it was easy to read and set the story well. The Italian setting appeals and provides the escapism we all need at the moment! I'm interested to see how the story develops and what secrets unfold. The cover wouldn't jump out at me, but does seem to suit the book well.
