I like the writing style!
Being Italian, I'd love to read how Laura Vaughan describes Italy's cities.
The writing is pretty and easy-flowing. It doesn't feel too dry (which often happens in the adult contemporary genre) nor is it purple prose.
And obviously, because I am me, I feel a really strong pull to the book because of the cover. It's gorgeous, seemingly innocent but mysterious at the same time.
