Such an interesting start to a book. Ada seems like a girl who's outlook on life has always been controlled by people close to her, often leaving her with unresolved feelings. Ada's love for her 'Daddy' is heartbreaking after his untimely death, I feel Ada will be a character I could root for, and I'm really looking forward to finding out how things take there turn in Venice.
