I tend to pick up books with beautiful covers and this one definitely caught my eye. It's not my usual genre and I thought with the first line being "Inevitably, I blame my mother" it would go well since it does grab a reader's attention. I would definitely want to pick this book up on a rainy day with a cup of tea.
