I was initially drawn to this book due to its ambiguity. I was intrigued by the idea of a favour and what this could mean. I really enjoyed the First Look and so was absolutely thrilled when I found out that I had won a copy to review- couldn’t wait to get started! Once I started reading I found it very difficult to put down! A great storyline which focuses on the life and travels of the main character, Ada. I found the plot very easy to follow and particularly loved the amazing twist! I loved the characters and felt drawn in by their descriptions and really enjoyed following how each of their lives unfolded due to their involvement with Ada. A story full of suspense, mystery and keeps you trying to draw your own conclusions throughout. I really loved the writing style and will definitely be looking out for more of Laura Vaughan’s books in the future.
