This book is filled with mystery and it is so hooking, despite the slightly slow start to it. Laura Vaughan described the Italian surroundings with such detail that it can be easily imagined. I have recommended this book to so many people as I think it is a must read! This book has had me in a turmoil of emotions, so in one way it is an absolutely fabulously great book, but on the other hand! Well, the story is one of a girl who does not know who she is and does not know what she wants and tries to manipulate others around her to like her, include her. She wants to feel something that she is most definitely not. The book is so cleverly written, I had guessed a part of the solution fairly early on but that was in no way the whole solution. A wonderfully dark and chilling read that I will remember for a while. I can’t wait to read more of this author’s books, so good!
