The feeling of this is the good old, late 90s / early 2000s, easy happy reading. It brought back fond memories of my first entries into the world of "grown up" books in my teens, taking books off my mum's book shelf to read. The type of book where you can just read without needing your whole brain to function on it, and sometimes, that is the exact book that you need.
