This isn't normally my kind of book, but I was intrigued enough to read the whole of the extract. A neatly setup plotline, and enough in the sample to make me want more. The two narrative voices are nicely contrasted, although the 'shorthand' in Leon's chapters could get a bit irritating ... especially as the style is not always followed through consistently.
