It took me a while to get into this book but once the pacing and character development evolved I was hooked! I absolutely loved the characters and the chemistry throughout all the couplings was just amazing!
I went into the book with completely different expectations from what it gave me but I was not one bit disappointed. The plot line was so well developed, even if it was a little slow and hard to connect with in the beginning. Beth O’Leary definitely has a remarkable talent for creating relatable characters that readers can connect with.
Throughout the book the plot took so many twists and turns and a lot of them were unexpected but the author’s writing talent meant it was hard to get lost in the plot. Each plot line while completely different, linked with the main story and even though the story was told in two different character perspectives, it all just made sense and added to the quality of the story.
Overall I thoroughly loved this book and would 100% recommend to any fans of rom-coms out there!!
