I am not usually a fan of chapters switching between characters, however I completely fell in love with it in this book. Seeing Beth's quirkiness, compared with Leon's softness and compassion was almost what made the book brilliant.
I would describe this book as a mixture of romance/comedy/contemporary.. it was perfect. A quick and easy read, which just flowed and stayed interesting throughout.
We predominantly follow Beth, and the difficulty she is going through in her life at the moment, compared with content and hardworking Leon. They share a flat, but have not met. They leave adorable post it notes to each other, which melted my heart. It has just the right amount of sweet romance, without being over the top.
I was left desperately needing more.
