I first got sights on this book from tiktok and thought I would give it a go. It was an okay contemporary read that helped pass the time but it wasn't mind blowing. I read it coming out of a reading slump and it did its job, easing me back into reading. Although I don't think it is worth all the hype it had been given. It might just be because of how much I had heard of it and had rather high expectations.
It was beautifully written and was easy to keep up with the events that happened throughout the book, but I did find myself being bored at certain moments throughout.
I would suggest recommending this to someone who is looking for an easy read that will be quick to read (depending on your pace as a reader) and get you back into reading.
I did give it four stars because, although it wasn't for me, I still enjoyed the storyline and the characters development throughout.
