Enjoyable, but a tad predictable

I'm not a huge contemporary romance reader; it's just not one of my favourite genres. However, SO many people recommended this book to me, I felt I had no choice but to give it a chance!

Whilst I am glad that I did read this book, it's personally not one of my favourite reads out there. The story was a tad predictable in it's content - there was no risk to the characters (you knew that they would end up together almost immediately from the beginning). The book spent an exceptionally long-time building up this relationship, and it felt like it was a long time before the characters ever even officially met (I felt that this anticipation wasn't employed in a great way, and you recognised the meeting as inevitable).

I do see why so many people enjoyed it, it is very well written and is a very easy read. However, the pacing was a bit slow in areas, and it was a bit 'out there' in terms of being nowhere near reality (who would share a bed with a complete stranger, without EVER meeting them? I'd be so weirded out!)
