This is not my normal ‘go to’ genre, I am more of a psychological thriller/crime book type of person but I have to say this has me converted!
I really enjoyed this book, I loved the way it developed, how it switched between the two characters of Tiffy and Leon so you could get to know them as people and how they think and work their way through life. I enjoyed the development of the relationship and how they used little notes to get to know each other, which was clearly differentiated from the main body of the text in the book! And lastly, and I feel quite importantly, I liked how normal Tiffy was. I liked the fact she was quirky and did things her own way, she was a normal girl making you feel like you were part of the story and that it could happen to anyone. The reason I gave it four stars and not five was because I felt it was a little slow to get into. Probably the first 80-100 pages were a little slow going but once the relationship starts to develop and they start to leave the notes i was absolutely hooked and could not put it down! Definitely recommend this book, even if it’s not your normal type of read!
