Contemporary romance isn’t a genre I usually picked up, I read this along with my sister and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, maybe I’ll venture into this genre more often?
I loved the dual character perspective and learning the differences between their personalities. I loved whenever I saw Tiffys name as the chapter head as I loved hearing from her point of view, she was funny, bubbly and just and all round lovely character. Leon’s perspective however, I liked but wasn’t a massive fan of, I think the writing style was a part of that, it felt more blocky and more like statements than about his personality.
I loved the plot line, two characters who are total opposites move in together but aren’t supposed to meet. I loved that it covered so many serious topics throughout the entire book.
Overall it’s a fun, light-hearted read that I enjoyed
