I am normally a person who only reads crime or murder mystery novels. So while I am usually not a big fan of romance or chick-lit books, the Flat Share was just a remarkable read!!! The way Tiffy was written was just so relatable and I couldn’t help but adore her as a character throughout the book.
The entire plot behind Leon and his brother was also extremely captivating. Leon’s just such a sweet character and the entire scene on the beach & later in the hotel, just made me ship them all the more.
Overall, I feel like the The Flat Share had standard tropes that were delivered with an addictive and smooth writing style. I would recommend The Flat Share to any fan of the genre or to anyone who’s looking for a fun read. This book may have converted me into a fun of chick-lit.
I have officially become a huge fan of Beth O’Leary and will definitely be picking up her other books when I can.
