This was such an original idea for a novel and much more than ordinary chick lit. We have Tiffy, a quirky and eccentric woman working in publishing who finished with her boyfriend and needs a new place to stay, and then we have Leon, a shy but kind nurse who needs some extra cash. This gives us our flat share - they share a bed but never meet, communicating with the most adorable sticky notes ever! We also have a few subplots, one focusing on Tiffy’s ex- boyfriend, another on Leon’s brothers court case. The writing was great, and I was impressed to hear that Beth O’Leary wrote this over the course of a year on her commute to and from work! This book will make you laugh, say awwww, and keep you excited! It was a five star read for me!
