The perfect light hearted romance novel! I read this book as part of a book club pick and thought it was a dream! I fell in love with the main characters, Tiffy and Leon and also found that the other more minor characters really added to the story. I loved their communication through post it notes and just loved the entire concept of them living in the same flat but having never met. There was definitely a build up to their meeting and I thought Beth O’Leary wrote it perfectly, with Tiffy trying to find Leon at the hospital he worked and Leon running away to hide! It was funny but also incredibly sweet. Despite the lightheartedness, O’Leary also did a good job of including Tiffy’s previous heartache and the abusive relationship she’d escaped. Overall, a fab read!
