This was my favourite read during lockdown. It is so beautifully written and the author, Beth O’ Leary has made the plot something so recognisable that it could happen to me or you.
We discover Tiffy and Lean sharing a flat together, however, they have never met. Tiffy works during the day and Leon works are night so they never bump into each other, until, one morning Tiffy over sleeps and hears someone in the shower. Imagine that, meeting your roommate for the first time as they’re coming out of the shower.
Of course you are hoping throughout the whole book that Tiffy and Leon hit it off because of all the cute post it notes they leave for each other.
