I'm so intrigued by this one. It's a premise that doesn't seem so out of the ordinary, given how much it costs to rent (or buy) in London now.
Tiffy is desperate for a place to stay, and Leon's advert sounds ideal - she's just broken up with her boyfriend and needs to leave his flat. Leon needs the money that renting out his flat will bring in - he works nights, so the flat is free for Tiffy to use then - she works days so he will sleep there during the day. Perfect!
The writing of Leon's chapters seems a bit like a stream of consciousness diary-esque style, where as Tiffy's chapters are written normally. I found this a bit strange, but not to the point where it would put me off from reading.
I am interested to see how this develops, and would love to read more.
