I was scrolling on book TikTok recently when I came across a recommendation to read The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary. This is such a feel good love story that is written in such a quirky, endearing way that I was immediately drawn in from even the First Impression. I love romantic literary tropes - especially enemies to lovers and “there is only one bed and we are forced to share it” so needless to say, this book was completely up my alley! This story follows Tiffy and Leon and their love story. Tiffy moves into the flat-share as she needed a cheap apartment and she found herself having to share a bed with a man she has never met before in her life - Leon. Thankfully Leon works nights so he reluctantly agrees to share this bed with her. Beth O’Leary is such a likeable writer and sets up such a sincere romance between two lovable characters. Fans of The Hating Game would love this book - I highly recommend!
