I really enjoyed the book up until Tiffy & Leon met and it just became cringey, and it lost the whole mysterious feel. The beginning was fun and exciting - I loved the whole post it note theme, it was very different! But once they met, it lost some authenticity for me and became very cliché and cringey. I did find myself starting to struggle.
The whole Justin angle was weird too - he became erratic out of nowhere? I do feel like there could have been a bit more development with this plot. It seemed a little far-fetched. Tiffy comes across as strong and resilient so it was a bit unnerving that Justin was the cause of her weakness. It just didn’t work for me!
Disappointing overall but not an awful book! I would still recommend it to anyone who wants a nice easy read. A good book for lounging on a beach I think. I think 3 stars is fair. Average rating for an average book :)
