I devoured this book! I was immediately drawn by the characters and intrigued as to how this flatshare situation would pan out. From the very first page I knew that Leon and Tiffy would meet and fall in love, inevitable.
This book made me laugh, I was smiling from beginning to end. Most of the book is lighthearted and feel good. However I was not expecting the theme of emotional abuse that were explored within the plot. I thought this was dealt with really well. A good insight how people in emotionally abusive relationships wont necessarily know they are in one.
I was impressed with how the author made sure none sympathised with the abuser and did everything in their power to help the abused.
It now has pride of place on my bookshelf and may well be the best book I've read so far this year.
