I absolutely adored this book from the word go, the characters have such a wonderful, relatable feel to them that i immediately liked them.
I love how the writing style chnaged from Tiffy's point of view to Leon's, this made it very clear there had been a character change as well as showing the characteristics of each person - Tiffy being bold, confident and descriptive, and Leon being wiote reserved and clincial - the writing reflected both.
I really enjoyed how O'Leary ensured that any troubles the characters went through weren't skimmed over, they became part of the characters personalities without completely changing them and other characters acknowledged that which was wonderful.
I fell in love with the authors writing when i read The Switch and knew i just had to read this one and i was not disappointed. As an avid crocheter myself, it was wonderful to read the behind the scenes of editors and publishers and see how much work truly has gone into a book whilst also getting a fantastic love story to go along with it
