This is most definitely another book I would love to read in full.
It's set in 1838 in Cincinnati, Ohio and the main character, so far, seems very innocent. She is already 22 - which for the time was already grown up - but her approaching in life and towards other people, seems very child-like. It reminded me a little bit of Eleanor Oliphant - if you haven't read that book, please do!
I liked that there is something happening straight away, it is not one of these book where you have to wait until mid book for something "good" to happen.
Writing style is very captivating and I am so looking forward to read the whole book to find out what's going to happen next.
