Raptured from the start, with an easy writing style and characters that leap off the page. I could imagine the 2 cousins from the get go, and loved the easy flow of the characters conversations. I sometimes find large pieces of dialogue such as in the opening chaptee of this book to be jarring and lacking in pace but the conversations between the characters while dining flowed on the page and created exactly the right amount of tension. The setting gave a very 'Titanic' feel and I could imagine it clearly in my mind. Having an interest in theatre and performance from university I am extremely intrigued by this book and would love to read more. Definitely one I am adding to my to be read list.
