"They never found his hands." To be honest, the grotesque but intriguing first sentence had me inching forward into the next sentence but at the same time had me cringing away at such a gory sentence. However, the rest of the "First Look", the solid, descriptive sentences had me already immersed in the world and there was no turning back. I want to be the one to read the end of this terrifying mystery which has gripped me at the edge of my seat.
No information yet everything was given to me in this "First Look", the talented, spirited writer being able to tell the reader everything yet nothing.
