The book did start quite slow however it definitely started picking up pace further into the book. I am not a massive fan of the cover of the book as it did not massively entice me to want to read the book, as it made me think the book was quite old fashioned and boring. I am very glad I did read this book though as it was very clever and had totally different twists than the normal books I have read before which was great as it kept me interested throughout. I have recommended this book to friends and family members and I am intrigued to hear what they have to say about it. I think this would be an interesting book to make into a TV series or film as there are many interesting parts of the book that would be great to show through this media. I am intrigued to read other books by this author and I am interested to see whether they all have a similar theme or not.
