I wish I had more to say about this book since I know it had so much potential, but honestly I did not enjoy it as much as I originally hoped to. And it’s not because it’s a bad book because at parts of this book I did enjoy it, however it’s not the kind of genre of book I am usually interested in which is why I believe I did not enjoy it that much. While reading I like to feel gripped and to feel like a real part of the story, which is why I enjoy fantasy books much more, particularly ya fantasy. However for a lot of this book I didn’t feel immersed in the story and couldn’t stay gripped to it. Saying that I cannot fault the author as I am sure a lot of people will enjoy this book, especially people that enjoy this genre of book. But this book wasn’t for me and I probably would not read it again. Overall I wouldn’t say this is a bad book, however it definitely is not the book for me
