Where to start
Where do I start with this book?
The author Bradford Morrow definitely knows about rare books and forgery of those rare books. I’ve never read a book about it before so for that I applaud him.
The cover of the book is absolutely stunning which caught my attention and I thought that I would finish this book quickly but I was wrong I found it so very dull.
It started out as a great story with a murder and great concept but there was too much in the story, it could have been over in about 50 pages without all the technical stuff.
I guessed the ending quiet soon which didn’t help my attention span through the book because I knew how it would end and I wasn’t shocked. The thing about the story it was very one dimensional there wasn’t any twist or turns like I expected.
All in all I really didn’t enjoy it, good concept but for me it lost momentum straight after the first few pages.
