Firstly the cover is a work of art as was Stacey’s last book cover. They both look good enough to display in frames.
I loved Stacey’s first book, ‘The Familiars’ which was so well researched and beautifully written.
‘The Foundling ‘ promises to be the same, with strong characters, a central mystery and no doubt much emotion and sadness as the plot progresses.
I am hopeful there will be a satisfactorily happy ending. I really look forward to plunging headlong into Georgian London and Bess Bright’s quest to find her illegitimate daughter.
