The cover is beautiful and instantly foregrounds the central relationship which is the mother and the daughter.
The first pages are easy to read and is quite fast-paced. This historical mystery of a mother and an abducted child sounds like a really unique plot set .I am truly looking forward for readings this book (as it also reminds me of the Hetty feather series,which I enjoyed reading too)
