Stacey Halls' debut book, The Familiars, was one of my favourite reads last year, so I have been looking forward to reading her follow-up book very much.
She has a way of really drawing you into her fictional worlds, so that you are completely on the side of her main character, no matter how flawed they may be - but at the same time, you are never quite sure about them. There is always something hidden..something untold..that has you asking questions at the end of the book and I find this delicious!
