I really loved this book, but it also made me feel sad. Our heroine, a sweet, lovely girl, has just gone through one of the worst things that can happen to a woman. To be wrenched away from her new born baby is a crime. Yet still, she rises the next morning to do her duty. A strong character and a survivor. She seems to have a determination within, which hopefully will carry her through very difficult times ahead. I admire her strength. Beautifully written. Also, a strong cast of support characters, in my opinion make this book a winner. This book is shaping up to be an exceptional read. This book would be a joy, tainted with sadness to read. My congratulations to the author on a winning plot line.
