Based on the first couple of chapters, the book seems to be a very promising story with lots of interesting twists and turns yet to be discovered. It begins with a very vibrant and vivid portrayal of the time in which events are set, with a good deal of descriptive material. There seems to be much left to discover as to the background of the main character and where the plot will go but the premise so far seems to be very promising. So far, however, the main character seems to be one that will be easy to sympathise with and follow through the story with interest. I expect this will be a difficult book to put down based on the pace and how captivating the very first couple of chapters have been so far.
