The book draws me in to want to read it as I was a nurse so can empathise with the main character. Her struggle to create a new life in beautiful cornwall. Hoping to have found the glimmer of a way establishing her own family with a GI. However as we all know life is never that perfect and these fist pages hint at the struggle to deal with rumour threatening to unhinge her family plan and her ultimate happiness. This inspires me to want to follow her story and hope that along the way she has the strength to fight for the life she wants.cornwall his one of my favourite places to visit and so the landscape surrounding the story line will also be of great interest to me and add to the books enjoyment.
