Introduced to Iris, there are already so many questions about how she has come to this point. She has a failed life, job and marriage, and is envious of her twin sister. There’s a great deal of comparison and competition going on while filling in the reader on her twin, Summer. The scene is set and I’m already invested. Can’t wait to see what happens on the boat trip and who, ultimately, will win the race to provide the first and only Carmichael heir!
